Powered by Solumax® soluble granules
Many of the DuPont™ PrecisionPac® herbicides contain sulfonylurea (SU) herbicides that are powered by Solumax® soluble granules, giving you all the convenience and benefits of a dry herbicide that works like a liquid. When mixed with water, these herbicides dissolve completely into solution. This increases the bioavailability of the active ingredient so it is rapidly absorbed into the weed for more effective, consistent weed control. Plus, it is easier to remove from the tank, so tank cleanout is faster and more consistent than with other formulations.
The solution is clear
In the picture above, equal amounts of herbicide are stirred into water – one is a dry flowable (DF)
herbicide and the other is a Solumax® soluble granule (SG) herbicide. The DF herbicide is cloudy
because its particles are in suspension. The product powered by Solumax® is completely
dissolved into a clear solution.
